Coldfusion vs PHP vs ASP.net

Have you been looking into getting a custom built website and stumbled across these popular programming languages? You may be wondering which programming language is the right one. Well the truth is, there isn't a right language. They all can do the same thing. They all have some pros and cons. The most important thing is that the website is coded properly. If a site isn't coded properly and there are a lot of dynamic things happening, you could be in some major trouble down the road.
Here at Super Cool Media, we specialize in ColdFusion web programming, and we make the extra effort to code our sites securely. For custom coded dynamic sites, this takes a bit more time, but it is a must.
Some languages are open source and free, but ColdFusion is not. It is much quicker to create applications for our customers and it has better features (we think). We prefer to work with ColdFusion if we are starting a project from scratch.
ColdFusion is not free, so this may worry you, but don’t fret. The cost to used shared hosting on a starter account for ColdFusion for a top host is roughly $5 more a month. The cost savings that you will incur through quicker development time will make up for this. Also, if you are to buy a license, it will still be cheaper due to cost savings on development time.
